This 2025 Lushootseed calendar builds on our “Phrases” campaign. The hope is that everyone, including Tribal employees, will start using these Lushootseed words/phrases instead of the English ones.

Each month you can visit our website to listen how the word/phrase is pronounced or simply scan the QR code on the calendar.

We saw great success with the start of this campaign featuring yard signs and commercials. It’s never too late to get your Lushootseed on!

Physical calendars will be available at our office, the dxʷdigʷitəgʷəlalʔtxʷ (Administration building), dəxʷhəliʔil (Heath Clinic), wiw̓su ʔə ti sʔuladxʷ (Betty J Taylor Early Learning Academy) and the Hibulb Cultural Center in January 2025.
